During September of 2019, we listed our home in Saratoga with Anne Walsh. Anne helped us set the right listing price for our home. She expertly guided us through the process of getting our home of 28 years fixed up and ready for a new owner. Anne was our first realtor and helped us navigate the INCREDIBLY challenging San Jose real estate market on the way to our first house. Her local knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness were all we could have asked for. We put in multiple offers throughout the process and although we were outbid early on, Anne's guidance always helped us be competitive. In a market where some houses were receiving 10-15 offers, Anne helped keep us calm, grounded, and ready to tackle the challenge. Anne is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. The best compliment I can give is if I had to do it over again I wouldn't change a thing. She was always there for all of our needs and questions. She was patient with us when needed and agressive with the buyers when called for. She sold our home for much much more than we ever imagined. Ms. Walsh is a hard-charging Coldwell Banker professional. My wife and I abruptly found ourselves facing the tough decision to sell my house of seventeen years after my company's latest round of layoffs. We wanted to sell fast and buy fast before the market softened in our South San José neighborhood. From the moment we signed our work agreement, Anne was with us every step of the way! From setting up the various appointments with inspectors, stagers, photographers to even bringing in some show-stopper decorations before the actual showing, she proved herself as an expert with a cheery, can-do attitude. We also felt confident that she was going to present the house and us to the prospective buyers in a friendly and professional manner. That was very important to us! In the end, we received seven offers (six of them firm) and sold at an asking price of $80,500 over asking price. We could not have been more pleased.
