It was time for my family to sell my father’s home. It was an emotional time, and I did not live close. I needed someone I could trust, and who would be an advocate for our family. Annette is brilliant, compassionate and gets things done! Annette is extremely knowledgeable and handled the process of selling our home from beginning to end without a worry on my part. Annette was amazing from the first phone call to connect. Moving across the country can be extremely stressful and jarring. Annette assured me a month before I move that she would go above and beyond for me, but only when I was ready. Once I landed in Knoxville and let Annette it was time to search for my forever home, she wasted no time. She made time quickly to meet and go over what I was looking for. She is able to read between the lines and really understand what you are looking. Within a day, we were off and found the house of my dreams. Annette went to work to secure the house within my means and with my total interest at heart. The communication, speed and authenticity of Annette's work ethic was nothing short of amazing! I felt a very personal connection with Annette through the whole process and seems like she has that with every client of hers. We were an out of state buyer and had a few obstacles finding our new home. Our situation was somewhat challenging since we needed a few acres out of town, wanted to pay cash and prices were more than double from where we were living. Annette was very knowledgeable about finding the right piece of land for what we wanted to do. We made three attempts to purchase raw land/properties, but the fourth one worked out and we are very happy here. Since we were unable to physically look at that listing, Annette did a walk around with a video camera. She was very helpful with inspections, keeping us informed about the whole process and when needed provided her expert advice. She answered our texts, phone calls and emails promptly and with professionalism. The whole process was such a blessing; she went over and above what we expected. From my past experience buying real estate, she is one of the best agents I had ever dealt with. We enjoyed getting to know her and now consider her a good friend.

Buying a house is quite stressful: enter Annette Sievert to make this transition for us as easy as possible. Annette is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field and knows her selling/buying area well. She is honest, concise and straightforward when reviewing a house with you. We so appreciated her honest opinions/knowledge of areas we were considering. She pays great attention to detail and is very punctual and professional. If she says she is getting back to you in 30 minutes, you can count on it! Annette went out of her way to preview homes for us (we lived 750 miles away and didn't know the area!). She was very empathetic and made us feel like we were her only client. We highly recommend her. Should we ever have to move again in this state, we will call her.
