Ansel work with my family and I through a non profit designed to help veterans with closing costs. Ansel was always on time, knowledgeable about what to look for in houses and real pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer he never pressured us into something we weren't comfortable with and always gave us honest assessments of the pluses and minuses of homes. I highly recommend Ansel for any home buyer.

This agent who called me from avalar was rude. Refused to make an appointment for me to see the property because I was not working with a mortgage officer. We ended up buying something else for cash. His loss. Very rude would not do business with avalar ever.

Knowledgeable; responsive. Consistently kept us informed during the entire purchase process. Pro-active in handling issues that came-up during the process. I would highly recommend Ansel to be your Realtor whether as a buyer or seller.

There are few people in life that you are able to learn from. They make business seem effortless, they take a set back as an opportunity and they start each day as it were there last in business....and they do it with a smile and a kind word.<br/><br/>I have playing the "Investment Game for 21 years.....closed 35-40 loans and worked with some of the best and brightest in the seacoast area....VERY VERY successful men and women who I have unbelievable respect for. Do they have anything on this man?...Is he better?....Don't have the answer to either one of those questions, but what can tell you buying, selling, or just looking foe advice.....Ansel Crombleholme is the man you want in your corner EVERY time. Ansel helped my husband and I sell our condo and purchase a house. We cannot say enough good things about Ansel and his work! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive (even to my many, many emails on weekends and late nights!), and made sure we understood every step of both the buying and selling processes. He was always available (whether by phone, email, or meeting in person), never made us feel bad for asking too many questions, and he worked quickly and efficiently to help us sell our condo (it was only on the market for 2 days!) and made sure we got the best deal possible on both the buying and selling ends. We would not hesitate to use Ansel again in the future (in fact, he is the only realtor we would consider using if we were to buy/sell again).
