We needed to sell our home quickly. Arlen and Cindy both made me feel like they would do anything to make it happen. The house went on the market and was sold two weeks later. They are definitely the best realtors in Idaho!

Jared was very quick to setup showings on houses I was interested in. As it was my first time buying a home Jared did not hesitate to walk me through each step in great detail. He made sure I understood what I needed to do to prepare, and what to expect in the future during the house buying process. When We found the house we wanted Jared was quick to write up an offer and tend to my needs during negotiations. I would highly recommend Jared for any future endeavors as he will be my go to at any point in the future.

From start to finish Jared was there for every step of the process selling our parents house. His professionalism and kindness made the entire ordeal as easy as possible in a not so easy situation. Cindi and Arlen are exceptional agents. They do more than what is required and ask how they can be of greater service. Buying the property was standard and went very smoothly. We bought 5 acres and are building a home with the help of the Homers. The Homers offer services all the way through our building process. We have bought and sold many properties and this is the first time a real estate agency has offered to take us all the way through the building process. They charge for this service but it has been very valuable so far.
