We met Anthony while attending a showing with a family member. We instantly found he was intelligent, knowledgeable about the current market, and respectful. We decided to list with him and two weeks to the day we had a solid offer. He counseled us through the negotiation and we accepted without feeling any hesitation. Anthony guided us to a lender that we felt confident using. We have young children and he made it very convenient/easy to e sign documents. He also set up multiple showings in one evening and was accommodating to our young children during the showings.
