Upon providing all the necessary documentation and demonstrating our financial capability to rent the house, the realtor and his client inexplicably insisted on obtaining further information - a request that far exceeded the norm for real estate agents. They went so far as to demand evidence of the sale of my previous home and confirmation of the funds resulting from that transaction. The complication arose from the fact that these funds were entangled in a contractual dispute, rendering them inaccessible. They wanted proof of the contract. This treatment was perceived as a biased and unethical line of inquiry, suggesting potential discrimination, particularly since there's reason to believe that such demands were not placed upon other potential clients.

Antonio was very easy to work with. He was respectful of my opinion and direction, but at the same time transparent on expectations. His pricing strategy was right on. He also provided valuable advice on how to handle potential buyers' demands.

Antonio is a great person and a pleasure to work with. He first showed us an apartment that my wife and I fell in love with, but before we could make an offer, the seller accepted one that was already on the table. He also tried to show us other properties although we did not find one we were interested in. A couple of months later, he reached back out letting us know that the deal did not go through and asked if we were still interested. We immediately jumped at the opportunity. Throughout the process, Antonio was always honest and transparent. He made himself available to answer any questions we had and always provided a solution when needed. Before you knew it, we closed and are now proud owners of a beautiful apartment in Riverdale!

Antonio Sanchez was on point with everything from the first day he called when me and my wife made a request thru Halstead. He made a great impression as soon as he walked in thru the door. Very respectful honest. Before communicating with Antonio I had other agents from other company’s that came to the house and were not professional. It was a pleasure for me and my wife to work with Antonio he walked us thru every step of the way. Halstead should be honered to have a great agent like Antonio. My wife and I were looking to rent a new unit and saw a post online for a 1 bd apartment in Riverdale, an area we weren't that familiar with. Efrain was the broker who had the listing up and he was quick to coordinate a viewing of this listing. We immediately fell in love with the unit, and Efrain went out of his way to show off the neighborhood, and then really went to bat for us to make sure our application got approved. Additionally, after moving in, there were a few issues that needed to be cleared up with the landlord and Efrain was very attentive and made sure these were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, Efrain is a fantastic broker, and gives you a very personalized service. We hope to be able to work with him again when we're ready to buy down the road.
