Anthony was super helpful to us when I had to move across the county to Rockville for a new job.  He answered phone and text almost immediately and precisely addressed my question. He is also incredibly patient and kind to help us find a perfect rental home. My boyfriend and I are both grateful for him. I highly recommend Anthony if you need any help finding a home in the area!!!

Anthony was an absolute delight to work with. My brother and I were able to hook up with Anthony to find him an apartment in Leisure World. He was extremely patient in explaining the process to us. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and amiable. If I, my family or friends ever need a realtor in the future, I highly recommend Anthony.

I would strongly recommend Anthony Pertesis to anyone looking for a Buyers' Agent. To see why, allow me to share my homebuying story here: This was the second time in my life buying a house, my first time was a quarter-century ago in1994. And this was my wife's first time buying a house in the United States. Between the buyers' market of 1994 and COVID-19 many aspects of the homebuying process have changed over the years. We became serious about buying a house this past spring and needed to secure a Buyers' Agent for ourselves. Anthony was among three agents that we considered. It was his knowledge of the market and the process and the attention he afforded to us that made us select him. Now that we had Anthony as our buyers' agent and we were previously pre-qualified for the financing, we began our search for the right house. This was definitely a Sellers' market, houses were a bit scarce and when suitable ones emerged on the market they went quickly. Our offer on the first house we tried for was not accepted, BUT this was probably a good thing because a property we liked much more emerged on the market a week later. When we made the offer on the second property, we were one of seven offers AND our offer was NOT initially the one that the seller accepted. BUT when the initial Buyers' contract fell through a week later, the seller took our offer. Anthony was very diligent in dealing with the sellers agent about having the seller make the needed repairs and getting us an extension of time to be approved for the financing after the lender made a late request for additional documentation. We feel very strongly that Anthony had our best interests at heart. In the end, of all the houses we looked at either by being shown them by Anthony or attending Open-Houses, we got the house we really wanted AND it was the best-priced house as well. Definately no regrets here!! We definately have Anthony to thank for the above. We never thought we would do this well in this type of market. Thank you Anthony Pertesis! Anthony helped my wife and I find a great home after we moved into the area. He is friendly, professional and easy to work with. He almost always responds immediately and no later than a few hours after we asked questions, or requested to see different properties in our search. He was a huge asset to have, and cares deeply about those he works with. He also is resourceful, which is a great asset while navigating the home buying process. I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Excellent service and professionalism by Anthony. Anthony was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for your first home. He was flexible with timings and availability when I requested to visit the property at the weekend. He gave us his honest view and which helped us taking informative decision. Would definitely recommend.
