Arlen was so helpful finding our little get away spot. He was more then willing to trek up a steep mountain side with us to locate where the property was. Went above and beyond, will definitely use again in the future.

Arlen and Cindi are nothing short of amazing. They were extremely professional and kind throughout our whole experience and made things so easy for us. They went above and beyond to get us qualified for our new house and made sure we understood everything. They care about their clients well being and even stop by to visit after they helped us buy our house. This husband and wife team will not disappoint, they do all of their work with 100% commitment and do an exceptional job. They also have hook ups for EVERYTHING so if you need a contractor, fence company or landscaping company just ask and they will give you all of the details. We cannot recommend this team enough and we can’t thank them enough for finding us the perfect home.

This was my significant other and I's first time buying a home. We entered the market at a time when things were very cutthroat and intimidating. Arlen guided us through the chaos and emotional turmoil. He was always responsive to our calls/texts and got us in to see homes ASAP. Often there wasn't time to consult family on how to move forward, so we came to trust Arlen's opinion. I look back on a time when we tried to get in to see two different homes in an afternoon. Arlen was able to get us in to see one of them, but the other did not have any openings for that afternoon. We were disappointed, but understood. We received a phone call from Arlen on the way home that a late viewing had opened up. Unfortunately, we were already almost home and would not be able to make it back in time. To our surprise, Arlen drove to the home himself and sent us detailed videos of every nook and cranny of that home. We felt that Arlen was always going above and beyond. After closing on our first home, Arlen gave us a generous, personalized gift that we will continue to use for years to come. He made the process of buying a home understandable for first time, young buyers. We would 100% recommend him to any potential buyers, but especially to young or first time buyers who could use a little extra guidance.

This man took me to a hundred listings in just a few days he went at night and in the morning and made it happen for me and my wife .. I felt as if he was a friend not just a realtor… he worked miracles for me and got us a great place when there wasn’t any … if you use him you will be lucky ..
