Ashley was the best - during purchasing she helped guide us through negotiation and was always available to look at homes with us. We got a really good price on a place that was on the market for a while. For selling she was a god-send. We had a nightmare situation and she managed to guide us through while keeping everyone informed and we still came out in the positive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ashley was an absolute delight to work with, and was so instrumental in me finding my perfect home. She always made herself available to show any homes I had interest in, she would send me homes that she thought I might have an interest in based on my own personal criteria (in addition to what she thought would make a good investment), and was honest with her personal appraisal of any property. She never tried to convince me a home was for me, when she could sense that I was hesitant to give off that "this is my home" feeling. She also worked very hard in negotiations, and had good relationships with other sellers that I felt gave me an edge during the bidding process. On top of all these great professional traits, she was also very timely, personable and had a great sense of humor, so it felt like I was shopping for homes with a friend. Big recommendation for Ashley, and her entire team working diligently in the background as well.

She understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions someone can make and prides herself on offering top-notch service to all her clients. We are incredibly grateful to have Ashley as our real estate agent for our first time buying a house. We were uncertain about a lot of things, but she was flexible and knowledgeable of the Seattle area. She was open about the process, and quick to communicate any relevant updates. Ashley also had many useful resources, such as lender and home inspector recommendations that we are just as happy with. We would happily work with and recommend Ashley again!
