Ashley is amazing!! We were referred to her by an online resource and I’m so glad we were! As first time home buyers, we knew almost nothing about the process and Ashley walked us through every step. We were house hunting for about 6 months, and Ashley was as excited and responsive in month 5 as she was on day 1. Can’t recommend her enough!

Ashely is amazing!! She helped my wife and I into our home in Orem and even though we’re first time homebuyers, we felt so comfortable with the whole process thanks to Ashley. She kept us in the loop every step of the way, and if there was something we didn’t understand, she would make sure to break it down for us so we weren’t overwhelmed before moving on. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone else. She’s a very involved agent, she was there in person for our inspection and she made sure to be very transparent with us about any concerns she had. (Gained my full trust with that) She even helped us communicate with the tenants living in the basement to make the transfer very smooth when we move in upstairs. Will be sure to use her again next time!

I loved working with Ashley. She went above and beyond finding and negotiating the perfect house for me. I appreciated her honesty, punctuality, and clear communication. She taught me a lot about what to look for in a house. She was patient as I had very specific criteria for my home. Eventually I found a house I loved, and despite some challenging issues, she worked diligently to make it happen. I would recommend Ashley to all my friends. I enjoyed working with her!

Ashley was so awesome to work with. She was always so prompt at scheduling showings for houses we wanted to see. She was very accommodating with our schedule and times that worked for us. She always came prepared to our showings knowing certain stats or details about the houses. She is so good at recognizing things we wouldn’t have like how old the roof looks, the age of the furnace, etc. She was great during our negotiation process, too. I was so impressed with Ashley and was so glad we found her. She is an excellent realtor.
