If there’s one word to describe Ashley? It’s PHENOMENAL! Her personality, especially her smile make you feel like something good is about to happen. I felt so confident with her since the first time I saw her and just knew whatever house I set my mind on, I was going to get it regardless of how many other potential buyers was in line, and that’s exactly what happened. The first house she showed me, My family and I fell in love with it. We immediately claimed it, and we got it. She was always prompt to answer my questions no matter what time it was, and does it with a smile that you can even feel over the phone. I’ve heard that home buying experience can be taunting, but for me it was the smoothest process ever. I am now a home owner because of God first, and because of Ashley and her team. I’m forever grateful. She just match my energy and my kids loves her cause she also involved them in the process. She is the “Do it girl”, she make home buying happens.

Ashley was more than amazing, we did the majority of our move remotely which she stayed in constant contact and even without being there she was able to grasp our needs and get us the perfect home with everything we asked for! Would highly recommend!

We had been denied credit due to being on disability and working under a 1099. I ran across Ashley Walker on Facebook and figured why not take a shot, after all we were getting familiar with no being everyone’s answer. Ashley jumped into action and got us approved and we were off and running at a high pace looking at homes. We had an idea what we wanted but couldn’t ever seem to find the right house for us. Finally after viewing houses, she found the ideal property for us. As soon as we walked in we said this is it, put in the offer. We prayed and waited to see if our dream home would really ever be ours. Sure enough, after 2 days and Ashley getting everything ready, we were accepted. She is a true blessing to us and everyone she has helped. Don’t be discouraged and think you can’t be a homeowner (like we starting to believe), go see Ashley and she can make it happen.

Hands down the best home buying experience anyone can actually experience will be with Ashley! She was understanding, outgoing, and most of all attentive to my whole family’s needs! I would highly recommend her services!
