I have worked with Audrey to sell two homes over the last couple of years. Audrey has always gone the extra mile to assist me in selling my property. This last sale was under impossible market (through the shut down) conditions. Her advice was spot on and she always took the time to listen to me and answer questions thoroughly. Audrey was AMAZING with us!!! Everything we need and asked he she did, always very attentive and kind, very fast and patient!!! I know that we can count on her even now that all the processed to buy this house finished!! She gave us the confidence we needed to buy a house, specially when we are not from USA.

All I need to say is that if not for Audrey, we would still be trying to sell our house. From the moment she walked in, she guided us thru the selling process each step of the way. She did it with tact and charm but was never ever pushy. At the same time, she managed to make us aware of what needs to be done to the house to attract the widest possible market. During every step, starting with repairs, staging, listing, showing, and finally negotiating with a tough buyer, in a buyer’s market, Audrey was professional to the core. I would highly recommend her. Truly the best!

We had tried to sell our home with another realtor, but had no success. Audrey was able to sell our home in 3 weeks. She is hardworking and exceeded our expectations. Initially she met with us to help us understand the market. Then our house was beautifully staged. Audrey is a great communicator and was quick to answer our questions. Her marketing strategies brought in a large number of showings. These showings helped to sell our house quickly. We were very lucky to have Audrey as our realtor.

Audrey Mital is a Rockstar; she is absolutely amazing. Our family was relocating from Pennsylvania; we were under a tight timeframe to find a home in Illinois and renting was not an option. Audrey worked tirelessly to help us find our home in our allotted time. She immediately provided us with local community information to help us narrow our search. After identifying a number of attractive communities, we compiled a list of available homes to visit and scheduled a weekend to travel to Illinois. To say that Audrey organized our lists and scheduled walkthroughs very efficiently is an understatement. We visited over thirty (30) homes in two (2) day. We were on overload, but Audrey kept us organized and focused, taking small breaks throughout the day to strategize and plan our next steps. We made two (2) offers on homes, but they didn’t work out. However, because we had seen so many homes, we better understood the neighborhoods and were able to better identify the home characteristics we “needed” versus what we “wanted.” More importantly, Audrey had identified the qualities in homes we desired and was able to better assist us in finding and visiting the homes that best suited us. As a result, we decided to schedule another weekend to travel to Illinois and visit more homes. After another day of house hunting, visiting fifteen (15) more properties, we found the perfect home for our family. Audrey guided us through the negotiation process, even helping us arrive at a lower price than I thought possible. Throughout the entire process, Audrey maintained constant professional communication, providing updates on situations as they evolved. She successfully guided us through a very important, very exciting and very stressful aspect of our relocation. I cannot thank her enough for her diligence and commitment in helping us find an extraordinary home for our family.
