Auri, has a great knowledge of the local area having own her own property over a number of years, she also has a network of contacts that were helpful to us to ensure the property was in the right condition for sale. This was the first time we had sold a property in the US and therefore, Auri knowledge of the process was invaluable and took a lot of the stress out of selling the property. Auri, was always listening and taking action on our requests, however, was balanced and challenged when our requests we not in our interests. Auri gave real quality feedback on offers and requests that formed part of offers received and we felt comfortable and confident when Auri pushed back when it was not in our interests.
