So glad I chose Mr Chowdhruy to sell my house in Queens Village. He knows the neighborhood very well- the homes, the prices, the people. He was very professional, trustworthy, and congenial. At each step in the process, I would ask him "what do you think?" and I would go with his advice. All went very well. The closing went smoothly, and the attorney Badrul works with was excellent as well.
