Barbara responded very quickly to every call or text message. She did a great job of scheduling appointments to show the house and we closed in about 90 days from listing with her. I would definitely use her again.

Barbara made the entire process of selling our home very easy. Because we had already moved out of town, she met us at the house on a weekend. She had already pulled comparable sales, explained the differences between those properties and our house, and helped us decide on an asking price. She had the paperwork already prepared for us to sign. Barbara marketed the property aggressively, and we quickly had multiple offers. Barbara explained the differences in the offers and helped us decide on a negotiation strategy. We eventually sold the house for more than the asking price. We couldn’t be happier with Barbara’s representation.

I’ve used Barbara to sell my last 3 homes. It’s been a wonderful experience because she’s so helpful in giving you info to make your house more appealing. Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. And being such a sweet lady helped make the experience even better. I highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell their home.
