Working with Bart was an amazing experience!! am 24 years old and I had a dream to own my own house and I started to wonder if this was something I could do so early on in life. With the market being so outrageous, starting a brand new job, and getting engaged there was definitely lots of stress with buying a new home. Bart made himself available around the clock, made the process so easy, explained and clarified everything I had questions about. Buying a house is hard but Bart made it easy. Not only that but he genuinely wanted me and my fiancé to find our dream home. He is definitely the guy you want to help you through the home buying process. He also went the extra mile to research the area and made sure we were getting the best deal. With Bart’s knowledge, experience, and determination we were able to get moved in within 30 days of putting in an offer. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy!

Thanks to Bart’s wisdom, in combination with his team & powerful network, we were able to close in just two weeks. Bart is incredibly responsive with deep knowledge of the process. After knowing Bart personally for years, I had the pleasure of working with him professionally while in search for my first home. His knowledge of the field and ability to send me quality listings were great. From seeing my home listing to having an quality offer submitted and accepted, beating out several others, was about 72hrs. My offer was accepted due to the terms Bart drafted and quick closing options from the lender he recommended. Bart was by far THE BEST realtor we could have ever asked for. He helped us buy our first house and made it as easy and smooth of a process as it could be. He was constantly advocating for us, he worked hard for us and made us feel like his only client even though he was crazy busy. He stayed up late getting work done and woke up early to work on our behalf. He is responsible and attentive. Bart is a go getter and I can't recommend him enough!
