I listed my home at exactly the worst time, but I couldn't hold out... sales were extremely slow so it took 6 mos. Then, when I was ready to buy a new one, the inventory was 0 in what I wanted. I think Becky was very frustrated with me but she never showed it and kept offering me whatever new listings there were. Finally I found THE ONE, but it was a repo and the sale was nearly impossible to work out. I gave up twice and was ready to settle for something less, but Becky kept trying various ways to work out our differences. She knew I really wanted that house and never gave up even though I did. Finally, I am getting settled in the home I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Once I have finished decorating, I hope to have Becky over for dinner!

Becky was our realtor for purchasing our first home and selling it and purchasing our current home. We have recommended her to numerous friends who have also found success with her. She is professional in all her interactions as you're buying and selling. She's extremely flexible as she was willing to take us out on many trips to see homes for sale in a part of town we were interested in. She gave up many Saturdays and Sundays to help us find our current home, which we love. Becky is genuine and truly cares about you as her client. After meeting Becky Elde and providing her with the necessary information on our home in Mount Vernon, WA., she went to work right away, obtaining the necessary information she needed to list our property.<br/><br/>Becky stayed in close contact by calling or text paging us with the status of the sale of our home for over a year before the sale of our home came to it's final stage. There were many roadblocks, mainly made by our mortgage Co., Indy Bank. <br/><br/>My wife and I were always secure in the idea that Becky would finally break through the mirage of paperwork and delays and our home would be sold, but it was a matter of time.
