Ben was always willing to work with our schedule when.showing houses. He was always courteous and polite. He gave us his honest expert opinion when we were looking at houses. We appreciated having someone that was on our side and really cared about our situation and what was best for us. Thank you Ben!

We had a bear of a time getting our property to go through the bank that we'd originally gotten pre-approved through, they didn't like that there was over 10 acres or that it had a second old house on the property. Ben fought for us with our original bank and when it became obvious that they simply didn't want to do the loan, he found us new financing with another lender and we closed within 2 weeks. I cannot say enough about Ben, he cared, and that is so very rare in today's business climate. He was never pushy, very informative and helpful, and the human element he brings to the table cannot be beaten. Thank you again Ben!

Ben has a great personality and was easy to work with. He had a great working knowledge of the McDonald County area and values of property in the region. He was quick to respond to questions and, if he did not know the answer, he knew who to contact to find the answer. The entire real estate transaction went well.

We have had Ben help us several times. He helped us when we bought our home, he helped us buy a foreclosure to use as a rental property, and he sold some land for us. He takes the time to show us any property we find we would like to look at, giving us details that he has found about the property. He will call us if a new listing comes in that he thinks we might be interested in. We have recommended him to other people.
