Bertha was amazing to work with. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family. She works hard for her clients including my wife and I. She was always early for our appointments and sat down with us to discuss our end goal.

My wife and I were extremely impressed by Bertha. She was a referral through other military resource providers and she did not disappoint. She was a professional at all without being impersonal. Bertha is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable in the field, very good in negotiations. For instance, I did not know how to approach the need of repairing the roof, she advice me that there different ways to approach the buyer's request. Like, getting estimate of a couple of professional roofers and compare the details of the work to be done on the roof. Or make an offer of given the buyer money to be repair later. The roof was repair successful and the new buyer was happy buying their new home. Thank you Berthata, Lexi Hinz and Team Kristen Schramme Group of Keller Williams Legacy for doing a great job!
