When my husband and I decided to start looking for a house to start our family in we knew we wanted a realtor that was very responsive, savvy, and tenacious, especially when the market was very competitive. It was a such pleasure to work with Bethany. She took great care of me in selling our home of 36 years. I really did not have to worry about a thing throughout the entire process. She was very prompt in responding to my questions, phone calls, texts and email. She was incredibly knowledgeable and hard working. Her marketing and negotiation skills were outstanding, as well. Beth worked diligently for over a year to find us a home in the small window of land that I wanted to live. I gave up hope for the season but Beth didn't. She called me with the perfect house, with exactly what I asked for, exactly where I wanted it. It wasn't even on the market yet and negotiated closing cost and price remarkably lower. She communicated with us all throughout the process.
