I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! She waisted our time so many times and added nothing but stress to our selling process! People showing up at our house randomly demanding to be let in (children present) because she’d get the dates mixed or forget to let us know! The entire selling process was infuriating! Left important papers being rushed that we still stress about. Poor communication throughout the entire thing!

Bethany was wonderful! She searched hi and lo for me to find something that I liked that kept me in my budget range. If I ever need a realtor again I will be sure to use Bethany again.

She was very patient in dealing with us. We had a pretty picky list of requests on a house, location, land size, and school districts. When this house hit the market she went out of her way and showed it that night at around 9PM! We made an offer that night that was excepted. She even got me money back at the closing!
