Betty is the Best Real Estate Agent!! We moved from NY to NC 7 years ago. Betty helped us with the whole process, searching for a house, negotiating an offer, getting house inspected, and getting a lawyer. Being in the business so long, she knows lots of people in various businesses to help get it all done. I was so grateful that I didn't have to search for them. She also provided us the needed information to start up the various services we would need such as electric co, gas co, water co, and cable services. Betty has always been in contact with us thru the years and when our son was looking for a house recently, we immediately called Betty. She helped him thru every stage which took one month from start to finish! I would highly recommend Betty! She is our Real Estate Agent but we call her "our friend".

From the very beginning of our association, Tina has worked tirelessly on my behalf. She spent hundreds of hours searching for homes that might satisfy my requirements. She was available 24/7 for me and aggressively represented me at every turn, ensuring that all issues were resolved. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a conscientious and extremely effective agent.

While trying to find a rental out of state, Tina was the only one that returned our call and went and checked the rental out on our behalf. This was after multiple attempts from other realtors that didn’t want to bother. She was also there the day we drove 500+ miles to move in, to make sure our transaction was seamless. The positive relationship we gained with out rental experience confirmed that we would use her when we purchased a home in the area. Fast forward eight months, Tina took us to more houses than she should have but was so quick to answer our calls/texts/emails with a positive attitude. Seriously. It didn’t matter what time of day or night, she responded in minutes! During the showings, she was quick to point out items that could possibly pose an issue in the future that we had no idea about and would have never known if it weren’t for Tina. She showed us items that reflect her vast knowledge in the real estate industry. She’s excellent at reading her clients quickly and knowing which houses would fit their needs even when they don’t know. During the negotiations and closing she was calm and direct and explained the complicated process to us as first time home buyers which relieved a lot of stress. She is very well networked in the area and can recommend reputable services such as painters, cleaners, etc. to assist the new homeowners make their new purchase seamless. Not only is Tina our realtor but she is also our new lifelong friend. I’ll recommend her a thousand times over!

My husband and I put our home on the market with Maureen O’Connor Simmons, RE/MAX SAVANNAH company in Georgia. After discovering we were relocating to Durham, North Carolina, Maureen O’Connor recommended that we contact Betty Bargoil Real Estate Agent, as the company had a wealth of local knowledge in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area. Well, Betty and her team assisted us in search of a home, we could not have asked for a better agent to get this task done. My husband and I, were given “top notch care” and it felt great to not worry. At closing Betty and her team used their expert negotiation skills and immediately we moved into our beautiful home. That was three years ago. Moreover, every year we get invited to enjoy a picnic in the park with Betty and her team. Throughout the year Betty Bargoil, will host holiday events for every one of her clients. She treats every client as family and I am happy to know she will be there for us when we move again.

I am so thankful that I chose Betty to sell my home! I give Betty five stars all the way around for her expertise, professional manner, conscientiousness, negotiating skills, attention to detail, and for getting the job done right the first time. This was a tough season of life for me, and Betty made the listing and selling process so much smoother than I could have imagined. She is a wonderful person and a fabulous realtor. I will certainly recommend her again and again.
