Met with several relators at the beginning of our home search process and ended up moving forward with Bill because he was quick to respond immediately to any questions/inquiries we had, and he wasn't pushy in the slightest as to what we were looking for. Those qualities were consistent throughout the several months where we were looking for a home. Additionally Bill had extremely solid lender contacts who provided very favorable terms, as well as easy to work with inspectors. When the time came to put in an offer, Bill quickly made a positive impression with the listing agent and was able to provide much needed guidance on how much to offer and ended up saving us a significant amount while still getting our offer accepted. 11/10, if we ever need to move in the area we will be working with Bill again.

My partner and I purchased our first home with Bill Caiazzo and we are so happy we did. He was so fast to respond to our questions from start to finish. Bill REALLY knows the orange county area and spent time showing us dozens of homes, most often in a private showing which was so helpful to really get a feel for each property. I cant say enough about the showing process with Bill, he joined us for the vast majority of open houses and home showings we asked for. As first time buyers, having Bill join us for so many of the open houses and showings honestly felt like our ace in the hole throughout this whole process. Bill has an eye for detail and depth of home knowledge that he was such an asset to bounce ideas and questions off and also make his own observations while touring homes. During our first phone call Bill took time to ask us what we wanted in home by engaging in a very friendly low pressure conversation where Bills experience and wisdom in the field really helped us clarify our ideal home. Any time we reached out to Bill he was there with a friendly, complete, and insightful response. I cant say enough about his home buying knowledge, he was there to explain each step of the home searching and eventually buying process step by step with a kind disposition and a way of speaking plainly without being patronizing that we really appreciated. It took us only weeks from our first conversation with Bill to having an offer accepted on our awesome home that has everything that was important to us in it. That is another gift of Bills, he actually listens to what we wanted and found us so many properties to see that met our criteria. Our process of actually buying our home was so straightforward because Bill really explains everything and makes sure things are happening on time by following up with the lender, escrow company, and other professionals. I have already and will continue to recommend Bill Caiazzo to my friends and family. He is the one to work with if you want to find or sell your home. Working with Bill feels like working with a trusted friend and ally.

Bill was easy to work with, immensely helpful, and definitely had my interests in mind throughout the entire process. I was thankful to have Bill's expertise at every step of the way, as he certainly made the experience as a first time home buyer seem seamless. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced realtor who will advocate for them and work diligently to ensure their buying experience runs smoothly.

Working with Bill was an outstanding experience! This was our first home purchase, so we were novices going into the process. Bill took care of us from the day we started to the day we closed...and we know he'll be there for us in the future! He walked us through each step and answered every single question we had, whether through text, email, or phone call. He took the care to explain everything we asked about, from documents to questions about things in our house, and he never made us feel like a bother. Bill is friendly, very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about the Orange County area and beyond. He took care of a lot of things for us behind the scenes, especially when it came to working with the seller's agent towards optimal outcomes and solutions. Bill was extremely responsive and usually texted me back within minutes. He always kept me updated and was extremely communicative and friendly throughout the process. He was honest and helped us get our dream home in HB!
