Bill and Linda Sue were so amazing throughout our home buying process. They were there every step of the way day or nite and had our best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and amazing realtors.

We have used Bill and Linda Sue on three real estate transactions in the last five years, including the purchase of a house in Templeton, sale of a house in Atascadero, and the purchase of property in Atascadero. Each time has been a pleasure, and we will continue to use them on future sales. There are several things that continue to draw us to the Realty One team. First and foremost is integrity. They act with honesty and integrity to buyer and seller alike. We have never felt that Bill and Linda Sue's interests were promoted over ours on previous transactions, as either the buyer or the seller. Second is their aggressive use of technology. On our recent home sale in Atascadero, Bill aggressively promoted our house on several different social media platforms. Of the six full price offers that we received in the first week, four of them were from the Bay Area. Third is Bill's excellent photography skills and ability to stage a house. His pictures showcased our home in the best possible light. Bill and Linda Sue are a top notch team and a pleasure to do business with. They will continue to be our go-to team for future real estate needs.

Bill has been instrumental in helping us to resettle in Atascadero from Arizona. His knowledge of the area and his willingness to spend considerable time showing us properties for several months was above and beyond our previous real estate experiences. As we were flying in from out of state off and on, Bill was able to narrow down our search based on his ability to stay within our needs, which made our time with him efficient. His knowledge of the area and very fast response time allowed us to filter through the numerous homes for sale and find just the right one. He listened to our needs, wants and wishes and we just couldn't have done it without him. Even after the sale, Bill has continued to be such a valuable resource for us and has made our adjustment to our new home so much easier. Bill has made us feel so very welcome to the area and we can't thank him enough for everything he did, and continues to do for us. We feel Bill is a neighbor and a new friend and we highly recommend him.

Bill and Linda helped us to buy a rental property. They continue to provide advice. I can contact them at any time and they are there. We had a water heater emergency while we were out of town. Bill gave us the name of a contractor who got the job done for us!. We were buying a property in Texas for our daughter going to college. They referred me to an amazing realtor who helped us get a fantastic property.. Thank you Bill and Linda!
