Bill is amazing! As 1st time buyers we had a million questions and Bill answered all of them! He's knowledgeable, patient, prompt, and one of the best people you could ever hope to work with. We had horrible luck throughout the process, but Bill never waivered. It took 3 tries to finally close on a house and Bill was right there with us the whole time. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill to anyone looking for a home!

Working with Bill Porter was an absolute pleasure. He is very polite, fun to work with, and above all, honest. It became apparent as soon as we met that he was very intentional about his work. He never once missed a phone call or text from me and always responded promptly. Whenever we had a question or concern, he had an answer. I greatly appreciated how flexible he was at scheduling house showings and accommodating to our schedule. I will recommend him to anyone as a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy agent. Bill was instrumental in having our house listed and sold quickly. We have been through this process a few times before in our journey through life. This was by far the best experience and I would do it again in a second. Bill is easy to be around, calm, and yet gets things done! I really do feel Bill went above and beyond in continuously communicating and handling this process for us.

I believe Bill is the reason that my home sold so quickly. He was always ready to show my home and also to answer any questions that I had. I had a lot!
