It is our second successful home sale/purchase with Blake. Very knowledgeable in the beach market , his due diligence and perseverance helped us find our beach house. Today, Blake orchestrated the sale of our Tampa house as he worked above and beyond to properly market the home, pitching in everytime we needed help, great response times, negotiated the deal properly and professionally-we would recommend him to sell or find you a home as we will use his services again for our next transition.

We met Blake while we were on vacation in Florida last month and he was great in spending time with us to look at a few units over a few days and then putting an offer together. He really takes care of his clients - like they were his own family - and I can't tell you how happy we are that we found Blake. We closed yesterday and he made the entire process from offer to close run so smoothly. Blake likes to answer his phone and say "living the dream" and he has helped us to now be able to live the dream ourselves. Thank you so much Blake!

I could write a book on how fantastic the office team and Blake were during the process. It was a huge learning experience for myself and Blake helped me every step of the way to help secure the home I needed and helped facilitate a lender. I would recommend him personally and his brilliant staff!

Contacted Blake Nieswand as a reference from a business partner to help me find a home. Blake was extremely knowledgeable of the market we were looking in, very low pressure and looked at numerous homes with me over the course of several months. He was great at accommodating my schedule to meet at the properties I was interested in viewing. He also did an excellent job dealing with the sellers, other agents and closing agent. I would highly recommend Blake to anyone considering looking for a new home.

Blake’s Experience, Professionalism, and Industry Knowledge make the difference. Blake provided an abundance of all three from our initial consultation through the closing of the sale of our condo. Blake provided key insights during the entire process and always was receptive to our inputs throughout.
