When reviewing agents to list our house, Bob at Palmetto Elite Realty listed more homes and sold more homes in our particular area than any other company or agent. He also had a business plan and marketing plan; these strategies made a lot of sense to us. The pictures were very professionally taken, and their follow-up and communication skills were outstanding. Our house was listed, received an offer after 5 days on the market and was ratified 4 days later. We were incredibly pleased with Bob’s negotiating skills with the buyer agent. When Bob was listing the house, he explained the new rules for the buyer and seller agents. Extremely knowledgeable of the current market and upcoming trends. During the negotiations he saved us thousands of dollars. He definitely had our best interests in mind while representing us as sellers. The transaction was exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Kelli was very on top and professional, making the process stress-free. We appreciated Bob’s honesty and transparency throughout the complete process, would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Bob and Keli Brown are extremely professional, they know their business inside and out. From listing your property to the contracts, they explain every part of the process and they make you feel comfortable. They do their research and have accurate information, and they have knowledge of this community. With prompt return calls they answer all questions and provide the best information so you can make the best decision. I have worked with other realtors all over the country and they are the best in the business. They have the knowledge and experience. Both have been supportive and patient and encouraging throughout the process. Did an excellent job with marketing our home. I would highly recommend them they are the best in the area they go beyond of what is required of them.

Bob’s lack of responsiveness lead to us backing out of a sale. We were more than patient and extended the contracts due diligence period 3 times to try and work out negotiations. However we did not even get responses to negotiate on.

Bob and Kelli Brown are the epitome of professionalism. We first made contact with Bob in 2019, right before Covid hit. We worked together to determine a best fit for our lake needs and Bob was very patient with us as "late bloomer" buyers. He showed properties, but I balked at each because I wasn't ready to pay that kind of money. Bob would offer a pleasant warning that the prices would likely escalate and he was right and I was wrong. His patience, and ours as well, paid off as he found a wonderful property that we knew about for 8 months but had to wait until all of the legal issues were resolved. Bob stepped us through the entire process and even though I paid the "escalated" price due to my inability to make a decision Bob was always there for support and encouragement. Bob and Kelli know their stuff and are great ambassadors for the realtor industry and the upstate of South Carolina.

Bob and his wife, Keli, did an amazing job helping us close on our new home! They were always very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. If you are looking for a house on Lake Wateree, Bob is very knowledgeable on the area and will be able to help you sell/close on your house in no time! We definitely recommend!
