My wife and I met Bob only thru trying to purchase a home for which he was the listing agent. We didn't come to the attempted purchase with an agent so he ended up as the neutral party trying to broker the deal. He was absolutely fantastic and extremely thorough in explaining literally every page and nuance of the purchase agreement. As I said, we didn't end up getting that property, but we knew exactly who we were using to represent us in our future attempts to purchase. He found us some houses to target based on our wants/needs and promptly set up the showings. As we live out of state, he was completely flexible with his time and schedule to accommodate our travel in and out of town. Once we decided which house we wanted, Bob went to work and got us the deal. He is an expert negotiator that knows his profession. His calm demeanor during a stressful time as super reassuring. I would have ZERO issue referring him to my family and closest friends let alone anyone reading this review. Choose Bob as your realtor. You'll be glad you did.

Bob did an amazing job helping us purchase our home in Evergreen as well as seel our old house in Golden. He was very easy to work with and spent the time to show us several homes before we found the right one.

Bob is a joy to work with! Working with real estate professionals can be a real gamble. However, we found our winner with Bob Maiocco. Not only is Bob a true professional, highly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, but he knows how to listen and and does listen to what his clients want. I find that to be highly unusual. When we were looking for a home, he took the time to see what we really liked, then chose showings that were not a waste of our time and his. In years past, I worked with others who would just show anything, hoping for a sale. Bob is also very personable and helpful. I rate him very highly - excellent in all respects - and recommend him without hesitation. We continue to use his services as we seek additional real estate.
