Bob was referred to me by a neighbor who had used him. I had seen the signs on other homes for sale but of course there were many other realtors that I could use. Once I got this referral I knew I would use Bob Wilhalme. He did not disappoint. He understood the current market, he understood what to address and what not to address in presenting the house for sale. I had a few simple things to address. The simple things he indicated I needed to adress was a great value, but what was really most valuable was his experience. He knew how to negotiate with the buyer and the buyers realtor. He has a sense of the authenticity of the buyers requests. This is critically important as it likely saved thousands in concessions. It seemed that every situation that came up he had experienced before. I never sold a house before. I never really understood the value of a good realtor, but anyone reading this I can assure them that Bob is that realtor.

Bob was great and so easy to work with in the sale of my house. he is a true professional. he is very knowledgeable about his job. he returns every text and phone call in a quick and timely manner. I recommend Bob 100% if you want one less thing to worry about during a very stressful time you should hire Bob

Bob did a superior job with not only the sale of our home, but coordinating the purchase of another as well as closing on both properties the same day! With the combined years of experience of both Bob and Ray we navigated comfortably to a could have been a very stressful experience. They were always promptly available to answer any concerns or questions we may have. Always being available, professional, always willing to go above and beyond and their kindness and genuine caring about our family was truly amazing. Our Family sincerely thanks you.

Bob was absolutely amazing- from beginning to end. Super attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and really took the time to listen. If he didn’t know the answer, he found it! We will 1000% use Bob for all future purchases or sales!
