Laura is the greatest realtor that I have worked with in all my 64 plus years. Laura found me the perfect home in Prescott Valley however unfortunately it was a short sale. I hung in there as long as I could however my situation here in California was changing rapidly and I was running out of time. After 3 and a half months I could no longer wait so unfortunately I had to cancel the short sale and go to plan B, which was to move to Kingman, AZ. Laura was there for me every step of the way. She did things that most Realtors don't do, like set me up with contractors and even met them at the home to get quotes on work that I was going to do. She always greeted me with her kindness and her vast knowledge of real estate. I am sorry that I wasn't able to close a deal with Laura as I was really looking forward to doing just that. I always knew I was in good hands with Laura as she was detailed in everything that she did for me. I would recommend Laura and her team to everyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Prescott area, I promise you won't be disappointed. To those who are moving to the Prescott area from out of state I can promise you that in Laura you will not find a better realtor and relocation expert. I was impressed with Laura every step of the way. Lastly, I want you to know Laura how grateful I was to have you in my corner representing me. Laura is extremely helpful, listened to our needs, made suggestions, and most of all, is very pleasant to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience with Laura, who went out of her way to make sure that we found the home that was right for US. Laura is easy going and pleasant to work with. She has integrity as far as being completely honest with the seller as far as why I backed out of a sale and decided to continue to look. She is very supportive, understanding, and patient. We looked at many properties to find just the right one. I would highly recommend her.
