Brad was a pleasure to work with and created a streamlined process selling my home. He provided a full package service from arranging carpet cleaners to negotiating with the buyers. I never felt pressured into accepting a concession and felt he was acting in my best interest throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend!

Ryan Bourda did an outstanding job in listing and selling my sister's condo. He used excellent judgment and expertise throughout a difficult and complex sale. Ryan at Team Bourda has been out go to guy for our real estate needs for years. We've referred Ryan and his team to many friends who have also been satisfied with his services. It's not just Ryan - the entire team at Team Bourda is truly amazing. Ryan has been our main point of contact but we've also worked with Brad and Rich. It's always helpful to have a team on your side. We've purchased, sold and purchased another place with Ryan who always looks out for us with our real estate transactions - an example is he recommended a roof inspection, which we did and it turns out the roof under layment was near end of life. He worked to get an agreement from the seller and saved us from a future nightmare. We also utilize Team Bourda's property Management services.
