Brad was/is an amazing asset to have by your side while buying a house. My husband and I were first time home buyers. Brad gave us multiple suggestions and helpful tips throughout this process. Available via text or call whenever we had a question. Brad was never overbearing which we appreciated ominously. He followed our lead to set the speed we wanted to proceed in as well as giving updates on potential offers and visits. When we decided to move forward buying our current home, we had great communication never mattering the time of the day. Brad gave amazing advice that we will remember forever. For the future we will always use Brad as our realtor, for selling and buying.

Brad is a great realtor! For my personality I don't like someone pushing me to do anything. I want to be able to see all my options to make the best decisions. Brad gave us that space to do that! He was patients and always willing to answer any question we had about a home or the process. He never made me feel dumb for the questions being asked. He was always willing to look at homes even if it was not always what we were looking for. He knew that we were willing to do some work to make it our dream home! I appreciate that he was not pushy with us on buying a home just to make a quick sale. I would recommend Brad to anyone!

1 year! I've waited about 1 year before I wrote this review. The reason is that when you buy a new house you shouldn't write a review until you start working out the issues with your new house. Brad is a truth teller. I can't state it any more plainly. We talked thru all of the positives and negatives about my purchase and his recommendations/concerns were spot on. I'd/I'll trust him with my next home purchase. Great realtor. Thanks!

Brad did great at helping me find the right house for me helped me see the ups and downs and get things rolling i would reccommend him to friends or family for a agent for sure on my next purchase
