Brad Swett is the best Real Estate Broker I have ever experienced in the country! He took ownership of finding me a place with urgency, listened to my needs, and satisfied them in a timely manner with the upmost professionalism. His knowledge of the local market, expeirence with contracts, and his superior negotiating skills helped alleviate any stress I had finding my dream house on a very short deadline. I highly recommend Brad! He will work hard for you day and night until you are happy in your new place!

Brad Swett was instrumental in the purchase our new "dream" home! As a resident himself, Brad is very knowledgeable of the Playa Vista developments and seems to take a genuine interest regarding property values and business impact on the various communities in the city. Brad handled many aspects of the purchasing process, while shielding us from the mundane and/or irritating issues involving the seller and her agent. He took the brunt of many unfortunate situations. His attention to detail has been wonderful. He sent us moving materials (boxes & tape); and flowers when we moved in. He set up all our utilities at our new home before we moved! And, his arranging a car wash at our new home was a nice touch. Brad also reimbursed us for plumbing issues (which were not discovered during inspection, but only after our move-in). Brad and his team were kind and hard-working. They listened and were available when we needed them. Thank you Regal Agency!

Selling a home is stressful. Selling a home and BUYING a home at the same time is next level stress. And that's where Brad Swett reigns supreme. Not only did Brad help us get a fantastic price for our condo, he was able to locate a NEW home for our growing family OFF MARKET, which is almost unheard of in our community. He helped us in every single step of the process. Here is just a snapshot of everything that he did for us to locate a new home. 1. He located a great lender with the best interest rate. 2. He toured homes with us and gave feedback, often after normal business hours. 3. Through his numerous contacts in the Real Estate world, he found us our DREAM home within our budget and off-market. Because of this, we did not have to go through the hassle, turmoil and disappointment of trying to play the bidding war game in this fast-paced and extremely competitive market. 4. He helped us decipher the complicated paperwork of the buying contracts. 5. He attended the inspections and the appraisals. 6. He stayed on top of the lending process, keeping in contact almost daily with the lender and the escrow company ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that funding came in on time. 7. He helped find the best moving company. 8. He put our family up in an ocean-front suite for the night prior to our move-in date. Here is a small snap shot of everything he did for us on the selling of our condo. 1. He found and scheduled a handyman to do all of our repairs and painting for our unit. 2. Arranged for professional photos of the unit 3. He used his vast network of contacts and marketing to arrange a few fabulous open houses and private showings that generated a ton of foot traffic and buzz to our unit in just a few short weeks. 4. A few open houses was all that was needed to enter into escrow after a matter of days with multiple offers. 5. We received an offer well over asking and also a back-up offer for even more. 6. He was present for the appraisal of our unit and the inspection. 7. He insured that the buyer closed on time. It should be noted that these two transactions happened almost simultaneously. The buyer of our condo closed 1 day before we closed on our home. This kind of transaction is extremely tricky, but Brad masterfully orchestrated the deals so they proceeded with ease, handling all issues that came up in stride. It should also be noted that during all of this....I was almost 8 months pregnant with a toddler, so it was very important to try to keep the whole process as worry-free as possible. Brad remained calm when my husband and I got worked up. It was extremely comforting to start to have a melt down and then have your Realtor assure you with the utmost of confidence that everything would be OK and that he would handle it. And handle it he did. We are in our forever home and that would not have been possible without Brad.

Brad Swett recently sold my home in Playa Vista. The circumstances around the sale were uniquely challenging and required a great deal of care, patience, and sensitivity. Brad and his team went to great lengths to ensure that I was taken care of and experienced the least amount of disruption in what could otherwise have been a very difficult and stressful process. We had the pleasure of working with Brad for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. Brad turned what is a crazy, stressful time into a memorable, positive experience and we honestly can't recommend him enough. He and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. From helping to coordinate pet care during showings to personally cleaning up our condo when our busy work schedules didn't allow us to be home in time... Brad and his team are truly a one stop shop for all things real estate! They made a beautiful pamphlet filled with professional grade photos (including amazing drone footage of the neighborhood) and a personalized website dedicated to our unit. That combined with the social media push was far more extensive than the typical one sheet we've seen for marketing. We have lived in the area for many years and got to interact with quite a few realtors. One of the things that we noticed with Brad is the working relationship with him comes with a personal touch. He truly wants what is best for his clients, listens earnestly and then actively seeks a solution that prioritizes their needs. His approach is honest and informed in a way that effectively challenged us to remain objective during what was an emotional time. The service didn't end after the transaction. Brad has continued to check in. When we had a hiccup arise with something that should have come up during the inspection, Brad took it upon himself to secure a second inspection and negotiated to ensure that the resolution didn't cost us a cent. We love the new home that Brad helped us find, but when the time comes for our next move, Brad Swett will be the first person we call!
