Brad was an incredible help when I looked for a property to rent last year. san Clemente is one of my favorite cities and when I began my search I had a few criteria I was hoping to meet for my new home. I was looking for a 1 bedroom, with a garage, close to the beach, and in a safe neighborhood. Instantly I noticed there weren't too many properties meeting my garage criteria but I wasn't going to give up on the search. Luckily I identified a property in San Clemente & was immediately contacted by the realtor representing the owner. The realtor of course was Brad. I met with Brad within a day or two & after falling in love with the place I submitted my application and was approved. Brad was wonderful throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, courteous, kind, etc. I was super excited and looked forward to moving in. Initially, I had a few issues with connecting the internet and getting the heater to work all of which were handled by Brad who reached out to the owner for me. Later her Property Manager shared some stories about her and I unfortunately learned that she wasn't always kind to tenants. For the most part, I enjoyed my time in San Clemente. My neighbors were great and I loved the neighborhood. Sadly it wasn't until I moved out that I ran into issues with the owner as she tried to hold onto some of my security deposit wrongly. Brad assisted me in dealing with my difficult landlord and thankfully she did refund me the money owed. I highly recommend anyone to work with Brad. He is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I will use him again in the future and in the interim I wish him continued success. Cheers!

Brad was excellent from start to finish. During our experience with Brad, we had a deal fall through but he continued to be positive any worked hard to get us to the finish line. Brad loves working with military members and work with us while I was deployed. I highly recommend Brad and will encourage anyone in the area to us him for any real estate transaction.

Brad provided exceptional service in the sale of my San Clemente home. Brad was involved throughout a year long process in which we remodeled our home to update it and make it ready to sell. Brad not only provided excellent real estate advice but also helped provide suggestions on the upgrades to make the house more marketable and command a top market price. Brad's many years of experience in the field and extensive networking along with his great interpersonal skills proved to be a valuable asset in the sale of our home. Brad communicated well throughout the entire process and helped us through various obstacles we were faced with in getting our home ready for sale. Brad's interpersonal skills and ability to connect with potential buyers making them feel comfortable was key to making the sale. I highly recommend using Brad as your agent whether you are buying or selling your home.
