If you're in the market for your dream home Deb Nillas is your girl! She did an outstanding job helping my find my dream home. I won't say it was fast or easy but she made it a wonderful experience. I am very picky but when we found my dream home she made it happen despite multiple offers. She traveled all over Wake, Durham, Granville, and Alamance counties for over two years with me. She's absolutely amazing at her job, she listens to what you want and supports you when you have hard decisions to make. SHE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN! SHE WILL GET THE JOB DONE! Unlike other relators I tried she did not pressure me to hurry and buy or settle on less than my idea of perfect. She held my hand every step of the way. She went above and beyond day and night to get the information I needed expeditiously, schedule tours, and be a go-between between myself and sellers. I never once felt rushed, ignored, or pressured. Chandler was phenomenal throughout the entire home-buying process. He alleviated nearly all of the stressors with his extensive knowledge and support. There were several questions that came up, and Chandler was always there to help in any way that he could. We coudln't have done this without him, and would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy the perfect home.

Chandler did amazing job with helping us sell our home in Chapel hill. We already relocated to 4 hours away, so he was always helpful with checking on the home and making it a lot easier for us.He was knowledgeable, very responsive and kept us updated in everything going on with the sale. I would definitely recommend Chandler as your new real estate agent.
