Brandon was awesome to work with. He listened to my husband and my requests. Was prompt and very knowledgeable. Brandon can read between the lines and really paid attention to what we wanted in a home. He went the extra mile and gave us lots of support in our relocating to a new area showing and telling us about our new city and surrounding area.

We highly recommend Brandon Cook-Bostick. He is knowledgeable about real estate, home renovations and maintenance, and plugged into the local community (he is from Oregon originally & serves on multiple boards / councils). During our home buying process, Brandon suggested homes that fit our criteria, followed up promptly on all requests, helped connect us to tons of local contacts he'd worked with before (e.g. inspectors, structural engineers, etc.) and went the extra mile to ensure that our offer was competitive while negotiating the best outcome for our family.
