A few years ago we purchased a property with a different agent and it turned out to be so traumatic. So when it was time to sell/buy we contacted Brandon this time and we were glad we did. Not only did he have the local knowledge but he totally understood what we were looking for. In addition, he was very patient even when we changed our minds a couple of times :) we never felt like he was rushing us to make up our minds. He was very responsive during this process and provided advice which helped us tremendously to make the right decision. Moreover, we never felt like just another customer, he really made us feel like family which is a big plus when dealing with a real estate agent. I totally recommend Brandon. We were referred to Brandon by my co-worker, who used him as her realtor about 9 months ago. My co-worker highly recommended him, and from our first phone call, I could see why. Brandon is a Riverside native and worked in Riverside real estate for over 15 years. His knowledge of the areas and real estate market really blew us away. From the moment we decided to start our search, Brandon made us feel like we were his only clients (we weren't- but his time management and organization is impeccable). He is extremely trustworthy and an expert negotiator. In this very hot seller's market, you need a realtor that is fast, effective and knows how to work a deal. We had to put in several offers, but our patience and persistence paid off and Brandon was able to negotiate an amazing deal on an investment property. Not only that, he was able to provide reputable referrals for us to fix up the property, and helped us find tenants without even having to put our house on the rental market! We never thought the process would be this smooth and Brandon exceeded our expectations many times over. My experience with Brandon, has far exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, knowledge and experience really sets him apart. Brandon was on time for his appointments, made sure that potential buyers had face and leg covering before they entered the house. Also, he negotiated well with other agents and followed up with emails.

I had been thinking about selling my home for over a year before I reached out to Brandon who had just sold a friend's home very quicky. Brandon was the most honest and professional realtor I had met. He shared his experiences and knowledge of today's market letting me know what to expect and how to price my home to sell.
