I am EXTREMELY happy to review Brenda!! Here is a little background...we were introduced from a mutual acquaintance realtor. The house we were leasing, was being sold and we decided not to purchase and look elsewhere. This was our first time home buying , so we really had no idea how to go about it. We got a pre-approval from lender and started on our journey. Right from the very moment we met, Brenda came through. She knew what our price range was and came with a folder and properties listed that were in our range. We looked it over and decided to view some. We set up to meet with her within the next few days. We saw one and then on our second , we fell in love with the property. She placed our offer and when the first offer was not accepted she put in our second offer, and really came through!! Our offer was ACCEPTED!! She helped us with finding a service for home inspection. I really don't know what we would have done without her!! She is a Godsend!! There was never a time where I didn't think we were completely taken care of!! We are super blessed and we couldn't have done this without Brenda!! Thank you so very much!! The world needs more people like Brenda !! She is a permanent family member now !!

Brenda was extremely helpful throughout this process. This is our first home and she gladly answered our millions of questions. She toured many homes with us until we figured out what we wanted and was extremely knowledgeable about the area to find us the prefect house! We are so happy we had Brenda to assist us!

Holly helped us with both the sale and purchase of a home twice now. Both were difficult situations, where there were contingencies and 3 parties that wanted to close concurrently. She is a complete pro! She is extremely professional, always showing up on time, keeping all sides in-the-loop, and remaining very flexible throughout the entire process. If you are buying a home, you should look no further...Holly is the best!

Working with Brenda was Great! She is knowledgeable and helpful. I gave her what kind of home I was looking for and the areas I what'd to live in, she did not try to try to over or under sell a house and she kept me in the areas I wanted to live. If I ever sell this house or just buy another piece of property, Brenda will be the only one I call.

Working to find my home with Brenda was Great! I gave Brenda what kind of home I was looking for and the areas I wanted to live in. Brenda did not show me or try to sell me above or below the kinds of homes I was interested in and she keep me in the areas I wanted to live. If I ever choose to sell my home and buy anything else, Brenda will be the only one I call.
