Brian is a knowledgeable and experienced professional who was a pleasure to work with. He was available, transparent, communicative, and had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process of selling our home in Tacoma. Following his suggestions for pricing, staging, and negotiation, we sold our home in 3 days for $13,500 over asking. He even took the time to research and hook us up with a great realtor in Florida where we now live. I highly recommend Brian as a realtor. He’s top notch!

We had the opportunity to have Brian Solinsky be our real estate agent with three different homes due to a re-marriage, selling my home & my new husbands home, and buying OUR NEW HOME in Lakewood, Wa.. It was a highly positive experience with Brian. He is extremely knowledgeable, and understands the housing market in the greater South Puget Sound. The two homes we sold were located in two different cities. He presented the two homes we sold in an effective and attractive way to buyers. He works extremely well with other agents and was able to assist us and the buyers to a positive conclusion with all parties involved successful. Our homes were listed and sold within seven days. He was our agent for purchasing a NEW home in Lakewood, Wa. and again, he negotiated with the seller and the listing agent for the best outcome for ALL of us. We have used Brian for 5 different house transactions and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. Brian is always available and responds in a timely manner, always able to give advice and is very knowledgeable of the local market. Brian is adept at knowing what we are looking for in a house and always negotiated the best price for us, whether buying or selling. Brian makes the process of buying, or selling, a house much less stressful. Whenever we buy, or sell, our next house, we will not hesitate to use Brian again.

Wow... We chose Brian after meeting with another realtor because we felt he brought a unique combination of head (expertise) and heart (genuineness). He blew away our expectations for both. We received multiple offers within days, and Brian's negotiation skills led us to accepting an offer above our asking price. His responsiveness, even while at Seahawk's football and his daughter's volleyball games, was excellent. We highly recommend Brian and his team!

Brian was recommended by several people. In contacting him and his associate(s), everything was very professional, yet personable. They took a true interest in ensuring my needs were understood and met throughout my home purchasing process. We viewed several homes, made proposals on several homes, and finally was accepted for a home pretty much exactly where I was looking.
