My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Briant for our first time homebuying process. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and was always available to walk us through any questions we had. He is a very patient person and was always giving us great advice and recommendations when we were putting offers in and going through the escrow process. His experience showed with the property we were able to purchase, as he put us in the perfect position with our offer and counteroffer. Briant was more than very helpful and trustworthy. His assistance with every aspect of the process from recommending a plumber, handyman and cleaning service, etc., all great recommendations. Briant is professional and responsive. He knows the market, helped with pricing and facilitated a quick and easy sale. All and all our dealings with Briant Patterson were above and beyond our expectations.

Briant Patterson and I have done business two times, once when I was the Buyer, and this time around as the Seller. Regardless of which side of the home transaction he is on, Briant is a consummate professional. Briant's top qualities can be easily summarized: superb expertise of the local market from types of housing to location to market dynamics, treating every transaction regardless of price with the same level of care, and being fair to all parties involved in the transaction. He knows Orange County and Los Angeles inside and out, understands micro-markets in both, and goes above and beyond for his clients when it comes to putting in hard work and effort. When I sold my Orange County property via Briant, I had already moved, and Briant took great care of marketing the property, making sure it was kept tidy, and qualifying Buyers in a very volatile market. Through it all, he kept a steady head and helped me navigate multiple offers to select the best one for a mutual win-win for both myself and the Buyer. I cannot recommend Briant enough; suffice to say, if you are in the real estate market in Southern California, you owe it to yourself to give Briant's top notch services serious consideration.
