Elaine was great. Selling my first property, I was quite the newbie. She walked us through everything and made great recommendations to us along the way. Great job of protecting our interests. She had to relay some bad news to us here and there along the way and was straightforward and direct about it, always with ideas about how to proceed. She even laughed at most of my dumb jokes. Awesome.

Moriah did a great job during the sale of this property. Lots of issues with the lender, some setbacks with inspections and fixes. She did a great job dealing with the issues and working through lender delays, appraisal issues, and underwriting issues. Her communications during the sale process was outstanding and her continuous pushing on all parties was great. Moriah Peña and Bricena Aragon and Associates did a great job on the sale of my two properties was outstanding!
