Brody was fabulous in helping me sell my home and buy a new one! I couldn't have done it without him! His use of various websites greatly expanded the range of advertisement of my home and found my buyer on the east coast of the country! And, his video of my home, I think, sold the house, since the buyers were able to see exactly what the house looked like and were then enticed to drive to the Tri-State area to see the house in person - and then buy it! When we encountered possible obstacles to the selling and/or buying, Brody was able to find ways to resolve them and move me closer to my goal of selling one house and buying another. Additionally, he got both houses to closing within the time frame I had set when I signed him as my agent! He was able to help me set a reasonable price for my home and, thus, not have to go thru the process of reducing the price time and again. He always had a positive outlook on the situation, was extremely considerate of all involved and was such a resource for services that were needed. Brody explained each step in the process thoroughly and worked to get the best settlement for me in each step of the process from considering signing with him as my agent to the actual closings. He is prompt, straight forward, honest, and professional! I have dealt with other real estate agents but none compare to Brody! Although I hope to reside in the "new" home I have for the rest of my days, I would never try to buy or sell again without enlisting his services! A blessing to have found him! Brody was very helpful and always made himself available when we needed him. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were a little intimidated by the process, but Brody was always able to answer our questions quickly. Also, everyone Brody recommended to us for things like who to get for the home inspection and who to apply for our mortgage with - everyone he recommended was very good and professional. The process was about as painless as it could possibly be for us. At every step of the way, we felt like Brody just wanted to help us get the right house. Thanks Brody!

Brody was an invaluable resource and a wonderful person to work with in the purchase of my first home in Huntington. He listened to what we wanted, while also fulfilling our (sometimes hilarious) whims based on listings we saw online. He helped us through the process of searching, making offers, getting inspections, and closing without even breaking a sweat. Brody was always kind to us and humored our wishes, even when we decided to view a foreclosure that we're pretty sure was haunted. We have already recommended Brody to everyone we know who is even thinking about buying a home because he knows the Huntington area well, knows the house buying business well, and was very flexible and accommodating for our schedules. He worked hard for us, and always made time for us, even though we definitely weren't the biggest fish buying a home! Overall, this was the best first time home buying experience I could have asked for. I lucked out with Brody Nash since he made the whole daunting process a lot smoother and more fun. Team Nash!

Brody works around the clock, nonstop to answer all of your questions and make sure you feel comfortable with every decision you make. We really couldn't have found and purchased our new home without him! Thank you Team Nash!!
