Bronson helped up find our first home back in 2021 and did such a good job we wanted nothing more than to work with him again to find our next property! Bronson really takes the time to thoroughly understand what you are looking for in your home search & offers great insight and advice to the market. Throughout the closing process Bronson supplied any information we needed, helped us schedule all of the things on our checklist and even supplied us with local recommended vendors to help us with a few things that popped up during inspection. A few years ago, Bronson helped us buy our first home in Bozeman, the service he provided was great. We recently requested his help in selling the same house! He is very knowledgable, and helped us with everything (even things like finding a new realtor in the state we are moving to and recommending companies to do work on the house for closing contingencies). He is also professional, while at the same time being personable. I recommend Bronson for both buying selling a home! Thanks Bronson!

Working with Bronson was not only a delight, it was a relief. I am generally skeptical of real estate agents, but Bronson added value above and beyond expectation. First, he delivered on price. Bronson estimated a listing price significantly higher than the other agents we interviewed and he got it—he wasn't just trying to get the deal done quickly by setting a low, easy price. Second, he worked with three co-owners who do not always get along to explain the process, hop on video calls, and walk us through the ins and outs of offers. We ended up accepting an offer that, at first glance, nobody liked because it was complicated. But Bronson helped us see the reasons it was a good offer and actually got us the asking price we wanted. Finally, he actually showed up with his truck to help move furniture out of the house after closing and came on a weekend to disassemble an antique bed. I have never paid a commission so gladly as I have with Bronson.

I would highly recommend Bronson Neff! As a first time home buyer he was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. Bronson is attentive, an excellent communicator, and readily available to answer any questions I have. I hope to work with him again in the future.
