Brook is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. His kindness, professionalism, deep knowledge, and patience were matched only by his genuine commitment to our best interests. Working with him was not only productive but enjoyable, as he never rushed or pressured us. Despite my husband's numerous (he's an engineer), Brook consistently provided answers and, when necessary, diligently sought out information. His unique insights and alternative viewpoints were invaluable throughout our experience. We cannot speak highly enough of Brook and would recommend him to anyone!

Brook did an amazing job in selling my home in Bend. Being an investment property, I was was not readily available to be onsite to make any repairs and touch ups needed in order to ready the home for sale. Luckily Brook had everything covered with his secret stash of local contractors, that were able to have my home ready for sale within a week. From list to close in 15 days! Brook is definitely a full service agent, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the Bend area.

In the fall of 2022, we had the opportunity to work with Brook Gardner to buy our home in Bend. We want to thank Brook for all the fantastic work he did for us and for going the extra mile for us on every step of our home buying journey. We are so grateful for his assistance, patience, expertise, and answering all our questions in a most timely manner. We appreciate the time Brook took to listen to what we were looking for in our home, even when we would change direction because something became important after looking at many homes. Brook Gardner was exceptional to work with as my real estate agent. We were connected by a lender that I had contacted for pre-approval. He was very knowledgeable during our exploratory call. The Bend Oregon market was transitioning and challenging to navigate as interest rates were rising. I was looking for a small one-story home in a specific area of town, which seemed in short supply. We walked through several homes together over a handful of months. He answered calls and messages promptly, responding within minutes. I valued his straight-forward feedback; it was exactly what I needed. During walkthroughs he connected with contractors to obtain immediate ballpark work estimates, which was also super valuable. Ultimately, he worked through to my final accepted offer, and dealt directly with contractors for project evaluations and quotes. He was instrumental in helping sort through remaining contract work pre-close, enabling me to close in less than 15 days! It was almost unbelievable how quickly everything came together. Brook has been a resource since closing as well. When I am looking to buy again or sell, I won’t hesitate to connect with Brook Gardner!

Brook is a true professional who does what he says, shows up on time, listens, offers gentle, expert advice when needed, handles all requirements in a calm and productive manner, genuinely cares, thus making the horrid task of moving a smooth process. I felt entirely supported throughout every step of the selling and buying experience. Brook is one of the best and most experienced realtors in Bend and surrounding areas.
