Amazing, amazing, amazing, period! Best agent I’ve ever worked with…..and we were working across the country - not easy. She was so fast and responsive with communication. Brooke educated me on area market trends, important attributes of the area, housing challenges for the area, and even what types of internet connectivity was possible at several properties we were looking at (my wife works from home and depends on a fast connection ). I have worked with other realtors across the country , none with Brooke’s customer service level. Moving is so much easier with someone like her in your corner.

Zillow lead us to Brooke as we were purchasing an investment property out of our area. We couldn't have chosen better for ourselves! Brooke was pleasant, prompt, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She was always willing to be present for us through the process when we couldn't and was helpful with answering every question we had . Brooke provided great video and photos for the post inspection repairs as well as providing some local contacts and advice for contractors in the area for future use. I appreciated Brooke's prompt response to our inquiries as not everyone has that skill. We would 100% recommend Brooke for a smooth and pleasant process and a good contact for the area.

Brooke was above all responsive. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, and none were as attentive and responsive as Brooke. She seemed to understand what we were looking for and helped us fit a lot of house hunting into a brief 3-day visit to Athens. I have been able to move forward with the process from out of state, and I feel confident that Brooke is taking care of the things that must be done to close on the house and transfer ownership from the sellers to my husband and me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Athens.

We have purchased a few homes over the years, and Brooke is the best real estate agent we have worked with. She has great knowledge of the Athens area, is easy to contact and communicate with, but by far the best attribute is that she will tirelessly work to find you a home that is right for you. I wish I could give her 6 stars.
