We found Brooke Mora from a sign in someone’s front lawn and we’re so glad we did. Even though it may have not been the best time to buy a home she helped us navigate through a very tough market. She helped us stay positive and in the end we found the perfect home for our family.

Brooke did an excellent job for us as sellers. She represented us quite well and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and experience in the market place was impressive. Brooke provided great advice and guidance. She has a good rapport with other agents and is highly regarded. We would highly recommend her.

Brooke was an excellent resource during my home investment process. She listened to my desires for my future home, and set up several viewings, all of which were on point with what I was envisioning. When we revisited a previously viewed property, she instantly knew that I was sold and ready to move forward with the purchase process. Her relationship with my preapproved mortgage company was immediately evident as she worked with them to lock-in the 2.25% interest rate and close within the 45 days I had requested. During the due diligence date, she was vigilant on every front - Home Inspection, VA Appraisal, repair progress, and more. I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking to purchase their next home. She was a joy to work with and she helped me with the purchase of what I hope to be my forever home.

We started to work with Brooke this past April during the Covid Pandemic. Being our first home purchase it was pertinent that we had someone on our side that knew the ins and outs of the real estate business. Brooke is amazing. She knew what we wanted and was extremely helpful during the entire process. We made multiple offers on homes and she really had our backs when it came time for final walk through. She went to bat for us when things we had negotiated on with the seller weren’t done up to par and she is the reason our deal closed! If we ever need an agent again I hope that we could have the pleasure of working with Brooke again!

How can I share how awesome she is? I don’t know where to start. I made contact with Brooke in November of last year and I did so because she was the listing agent for one of the houses I was looking for in North Carolina. Things tapered off for us because we hadn’t sold our house in South Carolina. So we finally sold our place at the beginning of April and we were using a different agent because she was a realtor in Virginia. But we weren’t having much luck there. So we decided to go with our original plan and look in North Carolina. So we reached out to Brooke again and it was the best decision we ever made!!! She is the best realtor that we’ve dealt with by far!! And come to find out she is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina!! And no wonder!! Cause she knows her stuff!! If you are wondering if you should go with her, you need to jump in with both feet!! She listens to both of you and has stuff lined up when it was hard to show homes because of COVID-19. And when we found the house she made it all happen!! As long as we did our part she was two steps ahead waiting on us!! She has great contacts of professionals who know what their doing!! She knows the area really well and was very knowledgeable about homes and the developments!! And did I tell you that she communicates with you? She was on top of keeping us in the loop and answering any questions we had and I can’t recall a time she didn’t have an answer for us!! On top of all that she got us closed on our house in a matter of weeks!!! It was amazing!!! And she got early possession with the other realtor who was very by the book!! I cannot tell you how amazing she is!! I would say that if you’re looking for a place you need have her working for you!! We love Brooke and hope to work with her more in the future!!!
