My family and I are so grateful that we chose Brooks as our realtor. We LOVE our home more than I can express. We had a rather challenging path to purchase due to some unique circumstances, and I know we would not have the house if it wasn't for the knowledge and experience that Brooks brought to the transaction. Brooks was positive, supportive, very knowledgeable, and available throughout the whole selling process. He went above and beyond to ease our stress and find solutions to problems that arose. I have bought and sold many houses and in multiple states and Brooks is by far the best realtor that I have worked with. Thank you Brooks for working with us and helping us!

When I was looking for a realtor to list my home for sale in Redlands I researched several real estate agents in my local area. I had seen several advertisements for Brooks Bailey and I read numerous positive reviews about him. He also had several homes in my area that he was listing. I called Brooks and we met at my home. I was very impressed with Brooks the first time we met. He was very professional, easy going, and had very good knowledge of the real estate market in Redlands and the surrounding areas. It was a privilege and pleasure to work with Brooks. He was very positive throughout the entire selling process, even when the real estate market had taken a downturn due to higher interest rates, high inflation, etc. I felt that Brooks always had our best interests in mind with all the various decisions we had to make throughout the selling process. Brooks was always very quick to respond to my texts, emails, and phone calls whenever I had something that I needed to discuss with him. Brooks was very low pressure during the entire process and he marketed my home very professionally. Ultimately, we were very pleased with the overall outcome as we were able to sale our home for fair market value thanks to Brook's expertise and negotiation skills. I highly recommend Brooks Bailey as a realtor to anyone looking to sell a home in Redlands or the entire Inland Empire. I give Brooks my my highest 5-star rating without any reservations.

Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Brook went out of his way to sell our home fast and for the most amount the market would provide. Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and overall knowledge of the real estate market.
