Bruce and Shelley helped my brother and I sell multiple properties after a death in the family. They helped us with the transactions but also the little things. They would check on the properties, hire and schedule trades people and just offer a helping hand when needed. Bruce brings decades of experience and Shelley brings the organization and the energy. Perfect team. All in all they helped us buy and sell five properties.

When we met Shelley Savoie, we were just exploring. We knew we loved the area where we were home shopping, but we knew nothing about the neighborhood itself. Shelley took us to see several houses, she listened whole-heartedly as we listed our hopes and shared how limited we felt by budget. She let us take the time we needed to explore each home we visited, always ready with details about the property when we had questions, but never imposing her opinion or pushing us toward any decision. She knew, for us to be happy, we'd have to listen to our guts and she let us discover how we felt so we could trust the big decision we were making, deep down. Because of Shelley, we live in our dream home in our great, safe neighborhood. Shelley introduced us to our neighbors and wanted to make sure we felt welcome. She ran errands for us as we lived out of town (initially) and always had a referral in her back pocket if we needed a contractor, painter, or pest control vendor. She made buying our first home fun and easy and if she sensed we were stressed, she helped us talk through the concerns so we could focus on the wonderful experience of owning a home for the first time. I'm so grateful. My husband and I always say that Shelley was the perfect ambassador for our town -- honest, smart, trustworthy, kind, and generous with her time and skill. If we ever move, Shelley will be the first person we call. And if ever anyone we know is looking for a realtor, Shelley is the only name we give out. She's the real deal; if you get to work with her, you should consider yourself incredibly fortunate. Working with Shelley has been one of the luckiest experiences we've had.

unprofessional represented me as a buyer on the red house on St James in Cambria CA. I signed the contract for $790K. She said she had to take care of her children because school was starting. Would not be representing the St James house her father would take over. Her father said don't worry this house is yours. Then she my agent sold the house on St James to a friend for less money for $780K. I was lied to. I continued and was shown a house that I did not like was in line as a back up offer for more than the house is worth with repairs I would not agree to. The house fell out of contract. They wanted me to pay $56K above asking for the house on Ashby. I declined. Then they had the nerve to say "they" would not be able to represent me because of my situation of not being able to afford a home in the Cambria Market. Which is not true. I have a financial advisor Wells Fargo plenty of cash and I had a loan for St James. Never use them or the Company. Local...no Go to Paso Robles for an outside agent.

While vacationing in Cambria last year, I fell in the love with the town. I walked into Real Estate Company of Cambria on a whim, where I met Bruce Koontz. Bruce selected a number of properties in my price range to see. I fell in love with a cottage in a perfect location as a second home. I had to return home to Florida but Bruce assured me that he would keep me posted on the property. This is where Bruce, and his associate Shelley Savoie, added value to their services. While living in Florida, Bruce and Shelley walked me through the offer and purchase process, from inspections to closing. They did all the legwork. Bruce has a list of local resources, and he introduced me to a handyman, and other service providers to continue to care for the property during my absence. Bruce continues to check in with me to this day to see if there is anything I need him to do, because I also reside in Florida. I consider Bruce and Shelley as not just terrific agents, but also friends.
