Bryce exceeded my expectations at every opportunity! Providing critical insider knowledge when searching for the right home, displaying impeccable negotiation skills, was always available and never let a call go unanswered, but most importantly he delivered his services with a genuine smile and upbeat attitude. He’s everything you could want in a real estate agent. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and I couldn’t have been happier that he was referred to us. I could go on and on but I don’t want his client pool to get so large he can’t support us in the future :) Little did Bryce know, he not only became our agent but our therapist, mortgage consultant, landscaping advisor and friend. You won’t have a better home buyer/seller experience anywhere else.

First off, I have to disclose that I have known Bryce for over 20 years and am a witness of his character and work-ethic. I knew when it was time to purchase our first home I wouldn't settle for anyone else. As an Arizona Native, Bryce was able to help guide our property search and point out things we hadn't thought of like future developments or SRP power grid projects. When we found our ideal home it was "all systems go" from there. Bryce was our advocate between us and the seller/seller's agent. He also connected us with the fantastic mortgage and title company. While there were unexpected turns from initial contract to close, Bryce was right there to steady our course and ensure everything sailed smoothly. I highly recommend Bryce and Four Peaks Brokerage to anyone looking to navigate this crazy market and still feel like there are people who care!
