Camela Lathrop is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We were selling in Spokane and buying in Virginia, so drama was inevitable. She never blinked. She kept us calm, always had a plan, and through it all only had our best interests in mind. She knew the best way to go about listing and showing, as well as working through the offers, appraisals, and negotiations. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, she’s just the best!

I called Camela to help me sell my home and buy another one in a different city. I am so glad I did. It has been such a positive experience. Camela Lathrop is a very special and talented lady. She knows her business and possess great people skills in dealing with and for her clients. She is people savy and maintains the most important contacts with perspective and potential buyers and sellers. Camela has great compassion and professional integrity. She wants to truly know her client's personal and family desires. She will work tirelessly to find the right buyer or seller for the marketed real estate. Camela was a great resource from the minute that we met her! She showed us some houses and was very knowledgeable about the market. When we found our house, we had an accepted offer the next day. She sold our old house in two days! She even had a handyman that came and buttoned some things up for us. I still use him occasionally. I would highly recommend Camela as your real estate agent.
